Our HistoryTen years ago, the family Bignozzi decided to open a pizza restaurant in Montecatini Alto.La news caused a sensation at all dealers in Montecatini, and in particular to some restaurateurs from Giuseppe Giusti fatitita medieval square of Montecatini Alto. The raw materials we use are all fresh and seasonal, are working with all the criteria dictated by the study of HACCP and preserved by the method of vacuum. Raw materials purchased are held almost daily and kept in steel containers, with regard to products cooked or stored in PVC bags for food products, raw, all rigorously made by a special vacuum machine. With this method our clients can be sure that we always find delicious food and well kept without incurring diseases and viruses that would bring bad workmanship. |

First quality wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil, mozzarella mozzarella and yeast. The mixture was matured for 24 hours so our pizzas are crisp, tasty, nutritious and absolutely digestibility. |
Our restaurant is always clean and igenizzato according to the rules dictated dall'Haccp and follows the tables cleaned daily, weekly and monthly. All products have the EEC mark sanitation and are used according to the criteria under the plan of self-control. The care and maintenance of the restaurant is constantly followed by investments in machinery and equipment of last generation to stay up to date and abreast with the times, sure to give customers better service and always welcome.
